The sun was just starting to set, and once again, I got that great balance of ambient with the glow of the illumination of the lighting. I love the composition and color of this shot. Canon 40D with Tokina 11-16mm at 16mm, F7.1 @ 1/200 second at ISO 100.

This image capture the father of the bride dancing with his daughter on her wedding day. I have to say, I really like it. Once again, it’s a simple shot with a dramatic background. The beautiful bride and her simplistic totally natural position in the composition certainly add to the over-all feeling of the image. Canon 40D with Tokina 11-16mm at 11mm, F5.6 @ 1/60 second at ISO 800.

This image captures the fun loving nature of these girls. It was a kick to photograph their friendship and this was one of my favorite images from the day. I captured this image last week while we were visiting the Central Park in NY. Something about the textures and colors were intriguing to me. This one tree in the foreground was the biggest and appeared to be the oldest and most weathered compared to its younger siblings in the background.

I have enjoyed shooting flowers and plants when i still in school. The image was taken on a nyc city walk a week ago. It was taken with a 70-200mm lens. This is one of my favorites from that shoot. Canon 40D with 70-200mm at 200mm, F4.0 @ 1/500 second at ISO 400.
