{Summer's Love}

Yesterday I did a wedding on a very hot summer day and this is the first time i didn’t use my off-camera flash during the session.  The soft expressions of each make for a beautiful, tender portrait and demonstrates what can be accomplished in a super bright afternoon.

I have been using canon 17-55mm with my canon 40D for a while. I love the  aperture 2.8, resolution and I worship the image stabilization. It was the perfect lens for most of the candid images I shoot and It works beautifully with 24-105mm or 70-200mm on my second body. I just wish it can reach a little closer to my subject. :)

Canon 40D with Canon 17-55mm and Canon 70-200mm, ISO 200 – 640.

{Coast Majesty}

I went to ER for food poison and end up had a surgury and come home with a 6 inches scar on my belly. Anyway I want to thank each and everyone of you for your love and support.
I made this image a year ago at Oahu,  Hawaii. The sky was not full of clouds but the textures and tonalities were just beautiful. This is very close to exactly what the scene looked like. Canon XSI with 18-55mm lens at 178mm, F3.5 @ 1/1600 second at ISO 400.
