Yesterday I did a wedding on a very hot summer day and this is the first time i didn’t use my off-camera flash during the session. The soft expressions of each make for a beautiful, tender portrait and demonstrates what can be accomplished in a super bright afternoon.
I have been using canon 17-55mm with my canon 40D for a while. I love the aperture 2.8, resolution and I worship the image stabilization. It was the perfect lens for most of the candid images I shoot and It works beautifully with 24-105mm or 70-200mm on my second body. I just wish it can reach a little closer to my subject.![]()

Elie Cheng Chiha - Beautiful!!!
Ragon - Tim,
These pictures are awesome. Thanks so much for coming to our ceremony and taking them. More than anything, I love how you managed to capture not only the kiss, but the surprised and happy faces of those around us. It came out perfect.
I’m sorry I did not get to thank you in person. I actually did not even see you taking those pictures at our ceremony. You are a pretty amazing photographer to have been able to take all those shots while remaining incognito. Although, at some point, I thought I saw some rustling in the bushes….
Thanks,
Ragon
