{This is how we pack for wedding}

Memory Cards: 4x16GB and 4x8GB.

This is the Boda bag for primary photographer that was carry with me. It holds a Canon 5D MKII with 24-105mm F4.0L, Canon XSI, Canon 70-200mm F4L IS, Canon 85mm 1.8, Canon 50mm 1.8, Canon 580EX II, Quantum Turbo SC Battery with canon cable, memory card wallet, business card, schedule, extra Battery for 5D and 4x extra AA battery.

We carry 3x 580EX and this is one of them.

This is the detail shoot of my boda bag. The left side pocket holds the Canon 580EX. Right side upper pocket holds one pack of backup AA battery (Eneloop) and business card. Lower pocket holds the Quantum Turbo SC battery for my Canon speedlite.

This is the Lowepro Reporter 300 AW carry by my wife. It holds a Canon 40D with Canon 17-55 2.8 IS, Canon 50mm 2.5 Macro and Canon 580EX.

This is the case for our lighting equipment for receiption at night. It holds a Quantum T5D-R, Quantum Turbo 2×2, 4x Pocket Wizard Plus 2, 2x Pocket Wizard TT5 with soft shield, Canon 580EX II, Extra battery for the cameraas, Battery chargers for the 5D and 40D and 4 packs of AA battery.

We have three batteries for each camera. Each battery can last around 700-800 images.

This is our light stand bag. It hold 3x light stand. 20 lbs sand bag. one 20×20″ softbox from ebay for my speedlite (the black bag with number on it) and small speedlight reflector for the 580 EXs.

This is the schedule of the day. We have one for each camera bag.

We end up captured 4732 pictures from a full day wedding.
