{Boston Walkabout}

Vivian and I decide to take a break so we went to Boston to celebrate Valentine’s day and Chinese New Year. We got a big cup of coffee and just wondered about “Theater District” and “Quincy Market” for a while. Walkabout gives us the freedom to take a break along the way and enjoy all the rewards of exploring on your own.
Being one of the oldest cities in America there are some old buildings as well as the new.

Riley A. Vann - LOL I've never seen anyone so committed to his tilt-shift lens. Great images of Boston without taking any of the clichéd shots you usually see of the city.February 18, 2010 - 4:32 pm

{My Old Infrared Day}

I’m a big fan of Infrared! I shot more than 100 rolls a year in the old film days. I loved the dreamlike of the foliage, the dark skies and penetration of atmospheric haze. You have to use a lens with the infrared index mark to get the picture in focus.

{I just can’t get enough of them}

I don’t know that these tree are called but I love what they do with light. It was simply one of those great days when a number of sweet subjects graced the viewfinder.

{Water Splash}

I made this image in Madison Square Park yesterday after work. The positioning of the kid on the right hand side adds to the impact of the photograph. The sun was starting to set and the backlight make the water so beautiful.
