{My Boda V3 Mini Review}

I got a gift certificate from Adorama so i decide to use it on a new bag for the wedding jobs. I am a big fan of ThinkTank Belt Modular system and I’ve been using it for couple jobs.  The only draw back it is difficult to put a jacket on when you have the belt system with you. It will be ok when you just have shirt and pant but it just doesn’t work with formal suit or blazer. So i give the Boda a try. When i saw the pictures i thought it is a big bag but it ain’t too bad when I received it. I think it is perfect size to carry 3 lens and a flash for the wedding job.

But there are one thing that I don’t really like about this bag. There are total of six zipper pulls (2 with main compartment, 2 with memory card compartment and 2 with the battery compartment). These zipper pulls make a lot of sounds when you walking around with the bag. Think about yourself making these sound during the ceremony. This is a major issue for me.

There are three pockets with velcro cover including the main, side and cellphone pocket. I like zipper over velcro because of the sound it produces. Try to open a velcro bag at night and you’ll know what am I talking about.  The good thing is you can put the pocket cover inside the pocket.

Overall it is a great bag with super comfort shoulder pad. You can carry the equipment for whole day and don’t feel a thing. You can go to Adorama for more detail.
