I have been using canon 17-55mm with my canon 40D for a while. I love the aperture 2.8, resolution and I worship the image stabilization. It was the perfect lens for most of the candid images I shoot and It works beautifully with 24-105mm or 70-200mm on my second body. I just wish it can reach a little closer to my subject.

Canon 40D with Canon 17-55mm and Canon 70-200mm, ISO 200 – 640.
