{Chelsea Engagement – Amy and Lap}

I’m SO excited for Amy and Lap’s wedding this November because I get to hang out with them again. I know it’ll be a truly fabulous day that reflects their love! We had such a great time together and the day was spent in a blissful state of laughter, joy and kissing.

{Chelsea Waterside Park Engagement – Kate and Kenny}

I’m incredibly excited to work with Kate and Kenny at their Studio 450 wedding this September and if their engagement session was any indication of how their day will feel, everything tells me their wedding is going to be just as fabulous as them. We hung out in Chelsea area for their engagement session a week ago and just seeing them together makes me incredibly happy.

{chelsea engagement – Isabel and Levis}

Isabel and Levis, I still remember when I first met them in person at a Starbucks about a year ago. I get to know what makes their love so special. They were everything I imagined they’d be…and then some more!

A year later we met at Chelsea for their engagement session. As we walked along the streets of westside highway together, I was immediately struck with their love for each other. They are two of the fabulous couple and I’m quite sure God has some pretty awesome things planned for their future.

Isabel and Levis wed this September at the amazing and fabulous St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral in Soho. They have a wonderful day planned and I’m SO excited to be a part of their wedding!

Jennifer and Ronny live in New York City and somehow found my blog online. They are getting married in August in Long Island and I’m so excited for their special day! I met with Jennifer in a McDonald and she gives me all the detail about her plan. A week later I met her and Ronny in Chealsea/meat packing district for their engagement photos and had so much fun! They’re perfect for each other.

Why do they call it Trash The Dress?

Trash the dress, also known as fearless bridal or rock the frock, is a style of wedding photography that contrasts elegant clothing with an environment in which it is out of place. It is generally shot in the style of fashion and glamour photography. it’s a perfect way to capture some wonderful series of images of the bride and groom that normally can’t be made on the wedding day, almost as a declaration that the wedding is done and the dress will not be used again. It is seen as an alternative to storing the dress away, never to be seen again.
